Vegan crunch wrap. So easy to make and customize for your own preference or based on what you have available. Watch my reels to see a recipe and technique for wrapping them. Quick to make because you can prep ingredients ahead or use up things like leftover rice. I added copious amounts of cilantro to mine because what's the point of life without cilantro. Amiright?!? 😁

Yesterday an account came on my page and got out of pocket over @noevilfoods products in one of my posts. She wanted to flex her vegan superiority and even used the line "How very plant based of you" as an insult to claim I'm not vegan. Please leave your projections at the door. I could let it roll off my back, but I'm annoyed. 🙌

Sloppy Joe's are one of those iconic childhood foods for all us 80s kids. School lunch might not have had anything to do with nutrition back then but damn if we didn't have some memorable foods. Rectangle pizza, lil smokies, pizza burgers, etc. Tell me in the comments below what that one menu item was that you looked forward to. 🙌

Flakey and crisp vegan biscuits. Triangle crew for life! Round biscuits mean excess dough which when kneaded back together just becomes tough. So. Cut them into triangles or squares to make it faster and all perfectly soft and layered! ✌️

Veganism is about embracing a mindset of compassion. It's a mindset of avoiding, as much as possible, causing harm and death and suffering. That mindset becomes rooted into who we are and how we walk this Earth. If we can say "I don't want to know what gelatin is made of," or "I just want to eat my burger and not have to know where it comes from," then what else are we disassociating from? When you actively choose compassion at least three times a day just think of what that does for your brain? You're wiring your brain to see beyond yourself and to be caring and aware. The effects of veganism reach into how we perceive the world and others and all of life. 💚

This week in my kitchen! Which day would you be most excited about? I'm stoked for soy curl gyros. That and pani puri. Actually all of it. 😂
