Rasta Pasta is a must try dish and surprisingly the most viewed post on my blog. It's so many different flavors that all blend together into something magical. Thai inspired peanut ramen. It's a quick meal that is aromatic and flavorful and very satisfying. 🌱

Baked apple donuts! They are kinda like an apple fritter but more moist (such a good word) and baked. So. Basically, nothing like an apple fritter. But kinda like one. There's a blog post with the recipe. Check it out. Link in bio. They are good and my kids ate them like little monsters.

Mac and Cheese is a cultural dish and a necessary one for the holidays and summer cookouts. It's got history and value, and as a white guy from northern Wisconsin it's been important for me to learn about and do the research on. I'm not talking about the blue box of Kraft that tastes like the cardboard it comes in. I'm talking about about Soul Food Mac. All I did was figure out how to make it vegan. 🌱
