Beard or no beard. Vote below! 🥳
Overnight yeasted waffles. So so so crispy thanks to the hard work of yeast and way more flavor than a quick batter. Plus, the overnight rise breaks down the flour which makes it easier on the tummy. You can eat more without feeling bloaty! It's all the win!!! 🥳
Double tap if you love Gobi Manchurian! It's a fusion dish of Chinese food flavors paired with Indian cooking techniques and ingredients. Mildly sweet with some sour and enough aromatics to fill your kitchen with enticing smells. It's a dish that is quite easy to make and can be modified to fit the preferences of those who like the heat or would rather skip it. It's a kid approved meal that my 2 year old says "Daddy this is my favorite!" No joke. 🥳
Hoisin sauce rice noodle bowl with tempeh, broccoli, and green beans (somehow they aren't in the picture), grated carrot, and lots of cilantro. I'm loving simple meals lately like this that take under 30 min to make. I love complex and time consuming recipes (I'm weird) but it's nice to have meals that make minimal dishes to clean up and take little effort. Plus it's delicious. 🥳
Make this vegan Detroit style pizza for your Friday or weekend pizza dinner. You'll thank me for changing your life.
Teriyaki grain bowl with tofu, cauliflower, carrots, farro, and greens. The recipe below is for my teriyaki sauce that I used. It is great with these grains and veggies but it would also be delicious on some rice noodles or really anything. Get creative! Remember to tag me in your own creations!!! 😁
